Von der Hauptstraße des Nationalparks führt eine schmale Straße mit einem Schild „4WD only“ in Richtung des Gunyah Beach. Eine Straße mit Schlaglöchern, Sand und rauem Untergrund. Wir fuhren so weit es uns möglich war und wollten den Rest bis zu den Dünen laufen. Dort angekommen klarte das Wetter auf, als wollte es uns willkommen heißen und ein paar Minuten nachdem wir über die riesigen Dünen gewandert sind entstand dieses wunderschöne Foto.
From the main road of the national park a signposted „4WD only“ track leads to Gunyah Beach. A road with rough surface and changing conditions, such as sand and gravel. We drove as far as we were able to and walked the rest to the dunes. As we arrived the clouds have cleared as like the weather would welcome us at the dunes. After walking on the dunes a few minutes this wonderful shot was made.
